There are already five fixed torque wrenches in operation. The first to be connected to the assembly process was a “smart” wrench at the installation position of the jet rod to the frame. The worker needs to type the desired values on the controller board and install the tool at the junction. If the operation is successful, the green light on the controller lights up. If the worker did not have time to complete the operation, an alarm will immediately go to the conveyor control panel and the line will stop. It is simple and convenient to work with such a tool, while vibration is eliminated.
